I am a local Real Estate Professional licensed in Rhode Island and affectionately known as the "Swiss Army Knife of Real Estate". I am a part of Milestone Realty Inc. which serves buyers, sellers and investors in RI & MA.
I have years of experience in real estate from taking listing photos and MLS entry to hiring, training and onboarding real estate assistants and new agents, print and digital marketing experience, extensive social media knowledge and everything behind the scenes. I have taught several classes on Microsoft Office & Excel, KW Command, TC Workflow, utilizing software client management systems (CRM) to best reach your business, organizing your digital desk, spreadsheet organization and transaction management/coordination.
Organizing, prioritizing and juggling real estate transactions from beginning to end comes naturally to me, which is why working with me is a no-brainer. With years of hands on experience and hundreds of transactions under my belt, your transaction will be smooth from start to finish.
Professional Assistant
In February of 2020, I left my full-time career in real estate support to venture out on my own. I wanted to offer my organizational skill set to other real estate agents in the industry. As a Realtor® myself, I know how difficult it can be to find someone to trust with your transactions and how overwhelming it can be to juggle multiple clients, transactions, showings, email communications and your very own marketing and social media. It's a handful!
I started offering Virtual Assistant services and in just a few short months, I had such a long wait list that I had to bring on and employ a small team.
I provide marketing, creative, social media and administrative support to real estate agents / teams and small business owners all across the country.
